Who we work with
Restaurants and food service — where hot water is a health-inspection requirement, not a comfort. We schedule replacements overnight or between services. Stratas and multi-unit buildings — central domestic hot water, recirculation loops, and the coordination that comes with shutting hot water off to occupied suites. Commercial and office — washrooms, kitchens, mechanical rooms.
Planned replacement beats emergency replacement
Commercial units fail on their own schedule. Planned replacement means the unit is on site before we shut anything down, the work happens outside operating hours, and there's no service interruption you have to explain to tenants or customers.
Emergency replacement means whatever unit we can source that day, at whatever hour, at emergency rates. The difference in cost and disruption is substantial.
If your unit is approaching end of life, we'll tell you and we'll plan it.
Service contracts
Scheduled inspection and servicing, priority response, documented records for health inspections and strata reporting, and planned replacement forecasting so it appears in your budget rather than your emergency fund.
What it costs
Quoted per system — commercial capacity, venting, recirculation and access vary too much for a useful range. Site assessment and written quote at no charge.
