We answer 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we give you an actual arrival window on the call — 60 minutes to most of downtown Vancouver, 90 across the rest of our area.

What counts as an emergency
Burst or leaking pipes · No hot water · Sewage backing up · Drains backing up into fixtures · Overflowing toilets you can't stop · Water coming through a ceiling from the suite above · Gas smell · Failed sump pump during heavy rain · Flooding from failed perimeter drains
If you're unsure whether it can wait until morning, call and describe it. We'll tell you honestly — sometimes the answer is "shut that valve, put a bucket under it, and we'll come at eight."
What happens when you call
A person answers, not a menu. They'll talk you through stopping the water if it's still running, tell you the call-out fee before we dispatch, and give you the arrival window. When the technician is on the way you get a text with their name.
What it costs
No call-out fee. $169/hr at any hour. No after-hours premium. Repair price in writing before we start.
