Leaks through the ceiling below
A wet patch on the ceiling under a bathroom is one of the most common calls we get, especially in condos. The source is usually one of: a failed shower pan or membrane, grout and sealant failure letting water behind the tile, a leaking valve body inside the wall, or the drain connection under the tub.
