Fixture supply and installation
We install fixtures you've bought, and we supply them if you'd rather we did. Either is fine, and there are honest reasons to choose each.
If you supply them
You choose exactly what you want, you control the budget, and you can shop sales. We install it and warrant our installation.
⚠️ What we can't warrant is the fixture itself. If a cheap cartridge fails in eighteen months, that's the manufacturer's issue and a return trip.

A note on wall-hung and in-wall systems
Increasingly common in Vancouver condos and higher-end renovations. They look excellent and they need a supporting carrier frame inside the wall, which means the decision has to be made before the wall is closed. Retrofitting one into a finished wall is a substantially bigger job than swapping a floor-mounted toilet.
